Special Circumstances

What if I received a damaged item?

If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund. Damaged items are processed with priority and typically resolved within 1-2 business days.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received an incorrect item, we sincerely apologize! Contact our customer service team, and we'll arrange for the correct item to be sent immediately along with a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. You won't be charged for return shipping in this case.

Can I return sale items?

Most sale items can be returned within 30 days following our standard return policy. However, items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page and in your order confirmation.

What if I miss the 30-day return window?

While our standard return window is 30 days, we understand that sometimes circumstances prevent timely returns. Contact our customer service team to discuss your situation. We may be able to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis, especially for extenuating circumstances.
