What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
If you're not available for delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. Most carriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to a local facility for pickup.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible within the first hour after placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify the shipping address as your order may have already entered our fulfillment process. Contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes using USPS services. However, express and overnight shipping options are not available for PO box deliveries. Standard shipping only is available for these addresses.
What about international customs and duties?
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We mark all packages with accurate values and descriptions to ensure smooth customs clearance.
